This horse came into his Structural Integration (SI) series with areas of tension and compensation that were reflected throughout his body. Over the course of his series, we worked with the fascial system as a whole, focusing on areas of restriction and helping create more balance and connection throughout his body.
The before-and-after photos show some beautiful changes, particularly through the neck, shoulders, withers, topline, and hindquarters. There is a noticeable change in overall posture and body contour, with improved symmetry through the hindquarters and a smoother, more connected appearance from the neck through the back and into the pelvis. These changes can reflect the body finding greater balance as restrictions and compensation patterns are addressed.
Structural Integration is a process rather than a quick fix. Each session builds on the last, allowing the horse’s body time to adapt and reorganize. These photos are a snapshot of this horse’s individual journey and the changes we were able to observe throughout his SI series.
